you need further assistance in resolving health insurance or other issues,
follow the instructions in the Issue Resolution
Process, as updated in October 2008.
If
you do use the Issue Resolution Process, please provide feedback to TSRA
on your experience so that we can inform Corporate about the effectiveness of their appeals process.
